1. Within 7 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
Will I need to send the item back to Utoupee.com?
Our website only sells 100% real human hair, which is of high value. If you need a full refund, please send the product back to us intact. Please contact our after-sales team for return information. After we receive and check that the product is not damaged, you will receive a full/partial refund.

Where do I send returns?
All products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from.
Products ordered from our Europe and USA overseas warehouses must be returned to the related overseas warehouse.
Products ordered from our Chinese CN warehouse must be returned to the CN warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
